Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bombay gin or dry style gin
  • 1 oz Canadian maple cocktail syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • A few sprigs rosemary, for garnish

CANADIAN MAPLE COCKTAIL SYRUP

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

CANADIAN MAPLE COCKTAIL SYRUP

  1. Add 1/2 cup pure maple syrup from Canada and 1/2 cup of water to a small saucepan over media heat. (You can experiment and decide how much of a maple flavor you want in your syrup. The more maple you use, the thicker the syrup and stronger in flavor it will be.)
  2. Stir until blended.
  3. Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator.
