Maple Snow Cone: Sugar on Snow

Ingredients

  • 1 liter pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 liter shaved ice/snow

Method

In large saucepan heat maple syrup over medium heat for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally; lower heat to keep warm. Divide “snow” between 6-8 bowls. Pour maple syrup over top of snow, dividing equally.
