Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberry juice (100% juice)
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 1 star anise, optional

Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients. If using star anise, leave to infuse for one hour then strain. Refrigerate.
