- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, shelled cleaned, unshelled for more flavor
- 2 tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp ginger, cut into julienne strips
- Sea salt
- Fresh herbs
- In a large pan, melt butter; do not burn it. Add the rest of the ingredients (except herbs) and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
- Serve with the cooking juices.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
