Japanese-Style Skirt Steak in Maple Teriyaki Marinade

  • 907 g skirt steak
  • 30 ml Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 ml freshly grated ginger
  • 120 ml sake or rice wine


  1. Mix all the ingredients together, then pour the mixture over the steak and let marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
