Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup plain apple juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Put all ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer and puree until smooth.
- Serve in large glasses.
