- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso, chilled
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- In blender, combine banana, ice cubes, oat milk, coffee, rum, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla; blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into tall glass; drizzle with maple syrup.
