Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Espolon Anejo Tequila
  • 1 oz dry Oloroso sherry
  • 1 oz pure maple syrup from Canada
  • 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz Earl Grey tea, steeped for at least 2 minutes
  • lemon peel, for garnish

Method

  1. Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake well to blend.
  3. Serve over ice or straight up in a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel.
