Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Espolon Anejo Tequila
- 1 oz dry Oloroso sherry
- 1 oz pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Earl Grey tea, steeped for at least 2 minutes
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Method
- Build all ingredients over crushed ice in a shaker.
- Shake well to blend.
- Serve over ice or straight up in a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
