Ingredients
- 3 celery ribs, washed and cut in half
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
Method
- In a blender, purée all ingredients. Strain and serve.
